Tavenner expresses to Vote his regret that Vote is required to leave the IPS before the completion of the proceedings. He then commends Vote on his exemplary skills in analyzing and reanalyzing the evidence and rulings to help the Prosecution team conduct the trial. Closes by writing, "It has been a great pleasure having you work with us during the past year. Personally and on behalf of the staff, I wish to extend to you best wishes for your success in the future."
