Directory contains listings in various manners, including sections devoted solely to the general headquarters (listed by official department), the Tokyo area at large, and an alphabetical listing of all officers and civilians. The officers and civilians sections lists the rank of the individual (if pertinent), their official duties and contact information. This alphabetical listing section offers a glimpse into the individual women (and their duties) who aided in the post-war Japan efforts.

Description: 
Minutes of the meeting of the evidence and defendants committee that occurred at 8:30 am on Friday, August 9, 1946. Attendees present included: Solis Horwitz, John Barry, Chris Humphreys, Roy Morgan, C. W. J. Phelps, and Ronald Quilliam. Topics discussed include: the request by the Russian Prosecutors to use 19 large maps although it had been previously decided that when maps were introduced into evidence, a small size would be used; the decision that it would be "a gesture of courtesy to present the Defending Counsel with copies" of all rulings of the court.
