To all members of the staff from the Rebuttal Committee. Gives the attorney assigned to specific order list numbers and the materials associated with that list number. States the deadlines for each of the order lists numbers and informs the staff members that "on the day before you propose to offer your evidence, please prepare a list of your documents showing opposite each documnet number the page of the record to which you will refer in the course of your presentation of the document." These prepared lists should be sent to the Secretaries of the Tribunal with the request that they be available at the appropriate time in court for easy reference.
