SHANGHAI (AP) – Major Gen. Masataka Kaburagi, former chief of staff of the Imperial Japanese 24th Army, and four subordinates died on the War Road Jail gallows Tuesday for their part in the torture parade and strangulation of three American fliers at Hankow in December 1944.
