Morgan forwards to Ladd a copy of a telegram obtained from a confidential source that was addressed to the Spanish Consul in San Francisco, California. It was sent by Senor Gortazar, the Spanish Ambassador detained at the Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.

Description: 
Lawler informs Ladd that two discs containing recordings of conversations in English, German, and other languages are being transmitted to the Bureau for further translation by Bureau translators. The conversations that needed to translated were not in English or German. Gives information on the recording number, cutting number, date, time, location, and persons involved in the conversation.

Description: 
Morgan informs Ladd on information obtained from Kurt Sell regarding the activities of Lawrence Dennis. States that it was common knowledge at the German Embassy that Dennis received money from Harieert Von Strempel, first secretary of the German Diplomatic Corp in Washington, DC.
