Wrongful Actions of Kiyose Ochiro

Handwritten translation of a letter to Joseph Keenan regarding the statements made by the lawyer Kiyose regarding "those who have made wicked war against humanity." The writer then goes on to express his beliefs about who was responsible and the various roles played by the Emperor, the State, the Army, and the citizens of Japan. Handwritten note at top of first page states: "This letter is full of mistakes & appears to have been written by an unlettered person." At end, translator also indicates that the given address on the envelope is probably false.
