Recounts information obtained from Mr. Robert Minner and Mr. Hans Sievernich, both DNS News Representatives detained at the Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. Both individuals expressed their belief that Dr. Kurt Sell was anti-Nazi and could furnish information useful to the Bureau regarding Dr. Townsend and the Lake Geneva Publications, Inc., Registration Act. Morgan recommends that the Bureau contact the State Department in order to arrange for Sell to leave on the second boat for Germany rather than the first one.
