Notification regarding the handling of mail at the Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. Recounts an incident where Paul Scheffer wrote a letter to his wife, it passed through the censor, but was returned to Scheffer rather than being sent on to the addressee. Also tells of a post card that is not deemed to be valuable so is being sent to Mr. Ladd rather than being delivered to those at the Greenbrier Hotel.
