Keenan Expected from U. S. Today Joseph B. Keenan, chief of the International Prosecution section, is expected to arrive at Atsugi airport from the United States sometime this afternoon, the visitor’s bureau announced yesterday. There was no definite information on the time of his arrival. Officials here learned his plane had left Fairfield Airport, California for Hickam Field, Oahu, at 6:30 p.m., July 19 Pacific time, and estimated he would reach Atsugi tomorrow afternoon.
