Gen. Kumakichi Harada is Now in Sugamo Cell
Lt. Gen. Kumakichi Harada, former Japanese Army commander in Java, has been delivered to Sugamo Prison in compliance with a March 14 SCAP memorandum ordering his arrest.
Harada sought by the British in connection with the execution without trial of three Australian fliers, will be sent to Singapore for trial.
