Former G-Man Placed on Military Tribunal
TOKYO (UP) – Roy L. Morgan, Greensboro, N. C., lawyer and former G-Man, has been appointed associate counsel and chief of the International Military Tribunals’ investigation division, it was announced.
Morgan, who served 11 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, was in charge of 1,200 Japanese and German diplomatic corps members at Hot Springs, Va., and White Sulphur Springs, W. Va., in the early part of the war.
