Powell, newspaperman who lost both feet as a result of gangrene incurred in a Japanese prison camp, will testify at the Tokyo War crimes trial, it was learned today. Powell left yesterday for Japan. He is expected to testify against former Premier Tojo and other Japanese defendants.
