30-Year Sentence for War Criminal Approved
YOKOHAMA, June 7 – Lt. Gen. Robert L. Eichelberger, commanding general, Eighth Army, has approved the 30-year imprisonment sentence meted out to Fusao Toyama by an Eighth Army military commission at Yokohama, March 28.
Toyama, a former guard at the Narumi Camp No. 2-B near Nagoya, was found guilty of numerous war crimes.
