Re: Dr. Okawa (Shumei)
Of the world by Japan.” HE wrote numerous inflammatory articles and books inciting and urging Asia to war against the United States and Britain and advocating totalitarian regimentation of the people of Japan for a war of world conquest. The principles Okawa enunciated were later to be incorporated by MATSUOKA and TOJO into the Greater East Asia Company Co-Prosperity idea. To accomplish these principles, he plotted and planned, published numerous inflammatory books, made revolutionary speeches and organized ultra-nationalistic and Rightist societies, dedicated to these principles.
