Information on German Ambassador Stahmer

Description: 
Farrell submits to Sutton what he discovered on how the relationship between Japan and Germany functioned throughout the Far East. Gives detailed information on the pathways of communication. Also discusses raw materials and other economic agreements between the two powers. Relates the various roles of Eugen Ott, Stahmer, and Wohlthat in the Far East, including their actions against China and the United States.
