Sandusky submits to Tavenner a report that analyzes the SHIRATORI Summation (Defense Document 3101A through L) for misstatements of fact. After excerpting the relevant misstatements or misleading arguments, Sandusky explains what is not correct, why a reply is needed and how to make one. Topics include: charges against SHIRATORI for "any aggressive acts committed or statements made prior to his appointment as ambassador to Italy," discrepancies in witness SAITO's testimony, and the supposed limited circulation of periodicals in which SHIRATORI's writings and lectures were published.
