IT is felt that by meeting these deadlines we shall be able to complete the presentation of the prosecution’s case on or before August 31st. In view of the many complications and difficulties involved in translation and reproduction, it is absolutely essential that applications for translation and reproduction of documents be on file with the Document Section not later than the deadline set for the FINAL BRIEF and that the Opening Statement be on file on the date set in order that it also may be translated and reproduced. -1-
