Sutton SUBJECT: Affidavits ?Çô ARAKI Witnesses Supplementing my letter of 27 August, I hand you herewith preliminary draft of the affidavit of ARITA, Hachiro, Defense Document No. 2150, a witness summoned on behalf of ARAKI. This affidavit was secured in the manner which I explained to you today. I will appreciate it if you will prepare a report on it in the manner suggested in my letter of 27 August. D. N.
