Will you please prepare a report on the two above witnesses which will include a brief statement of any pertinent information in our files regarding the witness, an analysis of the affidavit, your suggestions as to cross-examination, if any, and references to pertinent testimony in the Prosecution’s case on the subject concerning which the witness testifies.
These witnesses have not been previous summoned.
I would appreciate receiving your report in triplicate.
