Are Brain cells once destroyed ever replaced?
Is damage to the brain of a permanent nature?
Can the ravaging effects of the disease be retarded?
Can Recovery to a normal condition ever be assured?
Then is his condition on eof permanent disability?
How many years has the accused been affected by this condition?
What was the approximate date fo contraction?
How long would it take to develop to an extent to influence the actions and mind of the accused.
28 June 46 the Court issued an order paper No. 240 that the accused OKAWA, Shumei be medically examined and that after said examination the report will be filed with eh Presidnt of the Tribunal.
