5. Consideration of same system to be applied to books.
It was agreed to discuss this mater at the next Meeting.
6. General.
Capt. Williamson brought up the question of the provision of more staff for those Members who had had new work assigned to them. The Chairman took note of immediate requirements as follows: -
Capt. Williamson One Clerk
Capt. Phelps One Stenographer
Mr. Mignone Access to the services of one stenographer.
Mr. Horwitz Secretarial help (already asked for).

and agreed to do what he could in the matter.
