II.(A) The presentation of the Netherlands East Indies case is now under the direction of the Associate Prosecutor, General Bergerhoff Mulder, and his assistants, together with Mr. Hyde and Mr. Horwitz.
(B) The completion of the prosecution of the case with reference to B and C offenses is under the direction of Mr. Justice Mansfield generally, assisted by Captain Robinson fo the United States staff, with the understanding that Major Lopez will present that part of the evidence having to do with such offenses in the Philippine Islands.
III.I have requested that the general supervision of the review of the evidence and any available statements thereto pointing towards the guilt of the individual accused be under the direction of MR. Frank Tavenner and Brigadier Nolan, Associate Prosecutor from Canada.
IV.The direction and preparation of work with reference to meeting defendants’ motions at the termination of the prosecution’s case is being undertaken by Mr. Eugene Williams who has been preparing this work with the assistance of Mr. Horwitz and Mr. Comyns Carr and the latter’s associates.
V.The administrative matters concerned with this section will be under the direction of Mr. Willis Mahoney, who can be consulted about any matters concerned therewith exclusive of trial proceedings.
VI.During a part of the time that the B and C cases are being presented, I shall be in the United States on authorized assignment. If, before the termination of the prosecution’s case, any other matters arise pertaining to the presentation in Court of its case, the Assistant Chief of Counsel is authorized to act.
