Reports on the defense counsel request for a trial postponement to June 3rd so that they would have adequate time to prepare. They pointed out that the prosecution had six months of preparation time as well as extensive support staff. The last paragraph states "United Press quoted sources saying that some members of the defense staff were 'not entirely pleased' with the selection of Nav Capt. Beverly M. Coleman as head of all defense counsel and that this was partly responsible for the delay motion."
