Reports on the results of a meeting between Mr. Humphreys, Captain Williamson, Captain Phelps, and Mr. Horwitz to discuss how to properly handle co-ordination between various segments of the Prosecution. As a result of numerous duplicated efforts, a new format for streamlining the process was proposed.
