Gives update on the status of Lt. General Nakashima TETSUZO who the defendant UMEZU requested be interviewed. TETSUZO was detained in Medan and in bad health. As a result, a request for the submission of an interrogatory rather than having him appear in person was made, but no further action has been taken.
