Keenan status update

Updates Tavenner on Keenan's health and recent release from the hospital. Acknowledges the close association with Carlisle that Tavenner has and that Keenan did not want to upset that but had to make the necessary recommendations for organizational structure and putting Tavenner in charge for the good of the trial.
