Sutton states that three of the affidavits received in the morning, specifically, those to do with FUJII, NAKAMURA, and MORI, have to do with opium and narcotics. Requests that Sandusky "check the Prosecution's evidence and let us have a memorandum as to whether or not there should be any cross examination of these three witnesses, and, if so, your views on the matter."
