Maxon inquires of Tavenner if "we should not request the Investigative Division to get some biographical data on" the persons requested by TOJO as witnesses. States that the Language division will be happy to translate all materials if they come in Japanese. Maxon concludes with "in any case I would like to have the opportunity to go over it inasmuch as Jack Fihelly is not here and we ought to try to get an idea what Tojo's going to attempt to prove."
