Memorandum for the File. Gives facts and sequence of events behind claim made on Thursday, May 8th by Captain Lazarus of the Defense that "IPS had not processed a single Defense document all week." Important points to refute this claim include: "To date no paper has been received from the Defense and no work has been refused." Maxon includes that 38 documents were in fact processed during the week.
