Tavenner alerts Comyns Carr that, due to the rapid progress of the various parts, Part 4 will likely be reached soon, as will witness NAKAYAMA for cross-examination. Tavenner expresses his concern that Comyns Carr will not have returned in time, so he has assigned NAKAYAMA to Sutton. States that Comyns Carr should be back by the time his next witness, HIDAKA, is reached.
