Outlines the travels of Barrett from Tokyo and China, the status of the affidavit, how it was introduced into evidence, and subsequent actions. Since Barrett will have to return to China, the Prosecution must release him in a week to ten days. They request "that the Tribunal, taking into consideration the convenience of defense counsel, fix an early date, preferably Monday, May 12th, for cross examination of the witness."
