References in Documents to Japan's Claim of "Self-Defense"

Sutton requests that attorneys send references to documents "whether already in evidence or not, in which any defendant or high ranking Japanese official uses a phrase similar to "self-defense" as the "pretext" or "nominal reason" for some action taken or intended to be taken."
