Discusses the status of requested "records of talks between WANG, Ching-wei and certain Japanese officials." Subsquentely, it was discovered that they had been entered into evidence as defense documents. Larsh states that, in his opinion, "there was no evidence of bad faith on the part of anyone whom we contacted for these records. There is nothing further in their written statement except that it was a mistake in filing." Concludes by stating that while the Foreign Office knows that ARITA and SUZUKI sent letters to WANG, they do not have copies, nor does the First Demobilization Bureau.
