Judge Hsiang goes over the points that Tavenner and he are in accord regarding the witness KAGESA. Both believe that he should not be removed to China until all his duties as a witness are completed and that they should not "for tactical reasons show any enthusiasm about" KAGESA until his affidavit is offered. Hsiang does that Tavenner made a mistake in timing when stating that KAGESA was not in good enough health to be present in the court because that would only cause China to increase their efforts to have him returned before his duties at the trial are completed. Hsiang then reminds Tavenner they wanted KAGESA in court for cross examination. Concludes by giving advice on how to proceed in court regarding KAGESA.
