Sutton submits to Tavenner his report regarding which Nuremberg rulings would be helpful in shortening the trial. Suttons states that "it appears that most of the ruling at Nurnberg [sic] on these subjects have been applied by the Tribunal here." He then goes into detail regarding the use of documents, witnesses, and evidence on commission and how they might be used to help in their cause to expedite the trial.
