In reference to the opening statement of the Defense on the Pacific War Phase requests a concise summary be made on the following two points: "That the Japanese Governmetn finally succeeded in obtaining the consent of the Military High Command to The Proposals as presented by the United States Government" and "That the November 26 note from the United States to the Japanese Government as accepted as an ultimatum."
