Requests Fixel to analyze "all excerpts from interrogations of the accused introduced in evidence by the Defense and any discussions which took place at the time of the introduction of these excerpts, particularly the statement made by Mr. Tavenner when the first exceprt from an interrogation of an accused was offered in the Defense of the case." Also requests the inclusion of relevant rules governing the use of interrogations of defendants introduced by the defense.
