Describes an attached affidavit of ISHII, Akiho [not present] that was submitted by Mr. Cole, Counsel for MUTO, that explains Ishii is ill with tuberculosis and will not be able to appear as a witness. Then gives a summary of the contents of the affidavit and how he relates to MUTO. Tavenner requests that Lopez "make a study of the affidavit and be prepared to discuss it with me or Mr. Keenan by the first of next week." Full affidavit not included.
