Cooperation of Monaghan and Investigative Division with USSR

Vasiliev writes to Tavenner that "the members of the Investigative Division, in general, and Mr. MONAGHAN, in particular, have always maintained an efficient contact and co-operation with us and devoted much attention to our requests, essentially helping us in our common cause of exposing and bringing to justice the major Japanese war-criminals for aggression against the U.S.S.R and other peace-loving nations."
