To all prosecution staff attorneys. Tavenner requests that "each attorney who prepared an individual summation . . . prepare a name index as to each accused covering the summations written by him in which references will be made by citation to paragraph numbers of each instance where the name or the title of an accused appears." Tavenner gives an example of the proper format and asks that the final product be submitted to Robert Vote.
