Maxon forwards to Tavenner three bibliographies labeled enclosures "A," "B," and "C." He states that "Enclosure "A" lists references in the custody of IPS Document Division (Phone 26-5079). Enclosure "B" lists references catalogued by the Central Reference Library of the Statistics and Reports Section, SCAP, (Phone 26-5548). Enclosure "C" was furnished by Mr. Hiroshi Kawai of the Imperial University Library (Phone 85-2121) and lists works available at that library.
