Name Index for Summations Still Needed

To all staff attorneys to whom accused have been assigned. Tavenner reminds staff attorneys that he had previously requested "a name index of all accused other than your accused referred to by name or title in the summation dealing with your accused." He states that such an index is missing for OKA, SHIRATORI, ARAKI, HIROTA, KAYA, KIDO, KIMURA, MUTO, SATO, SHIGEMITSU, SHIMADA, and SUZUKI. Those responsible for these individuals should submit their index to Mrs. Lambert since Mr. Vote returned to the United States.
