Born in 1914 in Portland, Maine; died in 1960. Investigator, member of the Investigative Division for the International Prosecution Section (IPS). 1939 Graduate of Bowdoin College. Joined the Navy in 1942; studied Japanese at the Navy’s language school at the University of Colorado and the Army’s Japanese language school at the University of Michigan. Served as a Japanese interpreter for the Army. |
