Born in 1909 in Richmond, Indiana; died in 1999. Intelligence officer with the International Prosecution Section (IPS). Member of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) during WWII. Earned his BA and JD from Indiana University. Served as Deputy Attorney General in Indiana from 1947 to 1949. Then in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) from 1950 to 1962. Afterwards, in private law practice.
