To all members of the staff from the Rebuttal Committee. Requests that if an individual staff member has requested an "the use of an excerpt from the SAIONJI-HARADA Memoirs, that they check with Miss Prechner before 1000 hours, 9 January 1948, to make certain that your excerpt is included in the Order List which she is preparing." Also asks that the staff check with the Reproduction Section to see that the excerpt is ready for distribution. Concludes by giving the Order List Numbders, the material they refer to and the attorney assigned to the material.
