Refers to IPS Document 3267, Exhibit 3477 for identification, "a directive from the Chief of the Naval Affairs Bureau dated 30 November 1943, transferring thirty-eight POWS from Fauna." States that the document should be used in rebuttal because "it attacks the veracity of OKA by showing that he did in fact transfer these POWs from Ofuna" and that "OKA did in fact exercise supervisory control over POWs, although he testified on cross-examination (T. 33,505) that the highest authorities having such supervisory control were the commanders of naval stations, fleets and naval guard areas."
