Timing of individual Japanese Interviews

For all Members of the Legal and Investigative Staff. Requests that members of the Investigative Staff alert the division when Japanese individuals report for their interviews. Indicates that a second alert is automatically sent to the Japanese Government if no information has been received by an individual and the division doesn't want any embarrassment arising from a request for an indivudal who has already reported for an interview.
