Crimes to which document applicable: "Conspiracy for aggressive war, expansion."

Subtitle is "Principal Lines of Action for Dealing with the International Situation in Parallel with World Developments." Some of the objectives include "to solve the problem of the South within such scope as will not lead to war with third Powers," and "to renovate the internal war-time structure. Also addresses relations with China, French Indo-China and the Netherlands East Indies.

Urges all legal staff to re-scan documents #1503, #1504, and #1505 in light of the recently obtained monthly copies of "Tokyo Gazette" from 1937 - to March 1942. Mentions "Aggression Counts" as something to also consider when reading the Japanese monthly paper.

Report No. 14, March 29, 1931 outlining Japan's position regarding the U.S.S.R Sections include: Views concerning a Russo-Japanese war and our policy against the U.S.S.R; Essential aim in carrying out war against the Soviet Union. Writes very succinctly and pointedly about the need for "annihilating the enemy" and "strategical propaganda."

For the Summation Committee (Completing memorandum dated 8 April 1948). Robinson submits to the summation committee an analysis of "Material Misstatements of the Law defining the Crime of making Aggressive War, and governing the Defenses of Self-Defense and of Self-Adjudication." He goes into the specific arguments and points the Defense has tried to make in their summation and then points out the contradicting legal cases and citations that refute their claims.
