Requests a memorandum be prepared "setting out succinctly the facts with regard to the five following 'incidents.'" These include: the outbreak of hostilities at Marco Polo Bridge; the "Langfang Incident;" "Kwangen-men Gate Incident;" "Tungchow Incident;" "Oyama Affair." Outlines what needs to be addressed in the memorandum for each incident, including the actual facts, a state of the evidence introduced by the prosecution relating to the incident with appropriate citations, and a statement of pertinent material in the prosecution's documents that has not yet been introduced into evidence. Attached is the report fulfilling this request.
