Writes to clear up confusion surrounding letter mentioned in recent Telecon. States that he is "enclosing a copy of Dr. Kiyose's opening statement and two copies of the proposed opening statement by Dr. Takayanagi. It is the opening statement by Dr. Takayanagi with which we are concerned. Many legal questions are raised and I am anxious to know when the work has been started in answer to these legal questions."
